Balthier and Ashe!!!! yay!!!!!

because they have so little fanart dedicated to them. *sniffles* (shut it you FranXBalthier and AsheXBasch fans, i know WHY you think that, i just DONT AGREE. i think these two are much cuter together.)

and because i just got photoshop! (thanx to my friend) Yay!!!! granted, not the best picture, but i'm still figuring out/playing with the features so i consider this an experimental piece. ah yes.

Ooh, yes, yes! They look so cute together don't they! And WOW for the detail on their outfits. I once drew Balthier in his vest and I got knocked out zooming in and out making sure it looked good that I totally neglected the rest of the picture. But enough about me, I'm here to tell you that you are Good. : )

And you call this an experimental piece? That is just unfair, I tell you. ; )

my lazy shadows. they don't even have shadows on themselves/each other. just on the grass and the stupid wall thingy. jeez....i sooo didn't feel like doin all the freaky detail shadows. i was ready to post it! but good you like (you better) now hurry up and finnish your balthashe (?????) picture, would ya?

lol. thanx. i'm glad you like it! but do note how i conveniently placed ashe so that i could avoid drawing balthier's vest. XD. that thing is a horror even to look at. i sooo do miss the simplicity of character design found in final fantasy VII and VIII. they were sooo much easier to draw.....but the newer characters' designs do kick butt even if they are a hassle to imitate.

( and i only say experimental cause i never used photoshop before, i wasnt sure how it would look).

Lol! You and your tricks. ; ) But meh, all the more reason to draw shirtless!Balthier don't you think? Tee-hee. : P And I totally agree with you on the whole character design thing! I miss Nomura's designs too... XII characters take twice as long for me to draw than VII's/VIII's. Detail, detail.

And yes, which is exactly why its so unfair 'cause I've been using photoshop for a few months now, and I still can't color nicely! Agh, whatever. Guess I should just stick to drawing. XD Anyways, hope to see more Balshe?Balthashe?Althier? (Bah) from you in the future.

shirtless balthier...haven't attempted that one yet. (grraaarrrr....i might just have to). but i'll definately be doing more fanart of that couple. i even bought their action figures (so i can put them in delightful little romantic poses. teehee. i should take pictures. XD.)
